Language models are fluent. Fluency is not the same as being right. Early on, we saw design partners read a brief, nod, and then quietly check the numbers themselves.
Making the check free
So we made checking free. Every claim in a brief is linked to the query and the rows behind it. One click shows the data. Two clicks show how the number was calculated.
What changed
Within a month, partners stopped double-checking. Not because they trusted the model more, but because they knew they could verify it in seconds if they ever needed to.
The rule we kept
If Kairo cannot point to the data behind a sentence, the sentence does not ship. It is the one rule in the product we have never relaxed.
